Refund and Returns Policy

Digital Course Access

Access to course materials is granted immediately upon purchase. Because digital content cannot be returned, refunds are generally not offered once access has been provided.

Australian Consumer Law Compliance

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the course is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees. These rights cannot be excluded.

EU & UK Customers

If you are located in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases. By accessing the course immediately, you acknowledge and agree to waive this right. If you do not agree to waive the cooling-off period, access will be delayed until the 14-day period ends.

United States, Canada & New Zealand Customers

Refunds are provided where required by law, including cases of non-delivery, technical failure preventing access, or misleading representations. All refund terms are clearly displayed at checkout in compliance with local regulations.

Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind requests once access to the course has been granted.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing the course, we will provide reasonable support to restore access. If access cannot be restored, a refund may be offered at our discretion.
